Under the new organizational structure, NEC Computers will be a subsidiary of NEC Technologies, headquartered in Sacramento, California.

NEC Computers will continue to target the fast-growing mobile computing solutions enterprise market by offering existing product lines, including the NEC Versa^® notebook and PowerMate^® desktop computers, MobilePro™ handheld PCs and Express5800 servers. Over the next few years, the companies will evolve and integrate the operating design.
