Victor T. Foia was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Active Voice in October 2001. Mr. Foia is also Vice President of the Corporate Networks Group & General Manager of the Professional Services Division of NEC America, Inc. in Irving, Texas. Victor joined NEC America in 1984, after an eleven year career with GTE, ITT International, and Rockwell International.

He has studied Theoretical Physics at the University of Klausenburg, Transylvania, holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois, and an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas.
